The filthy rich in the Middle-East are well known for doing strange things with their automobiles, and looks like someone decided to go a step ahead of the crazy things and turned a Ferrari Enzo into a cab. Turning a supercar into a super-taxi is a great feat and you have to be crazy (and rich) to do something like that.
